This 4 hours chocolate workshop is a perfect introduction to artisan chocolate making and suitable for anyone who would like to know how to create chocolate pralines.
Date/Time: Sunday 19.01.2020 / start 9am - 1pm
Location: Lili Centre, Alpenquai 40a, Lucerne
Learn the techniques on how to:
*Paint the pralines with cocoa butter colors
*make wonderful ganache
* work with chocolate moulds
* temper your chocolate like a pro. We will use the seed tempering method.
*make Swiss Roches with almonds
Learn how to do create chocolates and chocolate decorations with simple tools you already have at home.
Take bags full of chocolate home with you.
Everything needed for the workshop will be provided (aprons, ingredients, snacks and drinks)
